Who these terms are between

Societas Insurance Brokers, a licensed insurance broker in Kuwait, runs this website. These terms cover your use of societaskw.com and of its quote form. SOCIPET, our pet insurance brand, sells its policies on its own website under its own terms.

What the quote form is

Sending the form asks us for a proposal. It does not buy insurance, does not bind any insurer and does not create a contract between you and us. Cover exists only when a policy is issued by an insurer, under that policy's own wording, after you have accepted its terms and paid its premium.

What this site is not

The pages on this site describe what we do in general terms. Nothing on them is advice about your own situation, an offer of cover, or a promise that a particular risk can be insured or at what price. Advice we give you is given in the course of arranging a policy, and it is that policy's wording, not this website, that sets what is covered.

Using this website

Use the site for its purpose: reading about our services and asking us for a quote. Do not try to break it, overload it, copy it wholesale or take it apart. The text, images, logos and marks on it belong to Societas Insurance Brokers or to the partners who licensed them to us. The names and logos of insurers shown on this site belong to those companies.

We keep the site as accurate as we can, but an obvious error does not oblige us to arrange cover on those terms.

Law

These terms, and any dispute about them or about this website, are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait and belong before the courts of Kuwait.

We may update this page. The date above says when it last changed.
